I was in for a routine oil change. You checked everything (nice!), put air in the tires (nice!), and didn't charge me anything because my car is new (very nice!). Let me say that I actually had to cancel this appointment on short notice because of a medical emergency. The medical problem got handled much quicker than expected. Even though it was past my previously scheduled time, Larry still got me in, same day. Thanks Larry!
