I just bought an hrv from Smart Honda. I just happened to get a young man named Evan as my salesperson. What a breath of fresh air, in these days where customer service is usually a bad experience. He actually had a smile on his face and very polite! He spent all day making sure I got what I wanted. He explained all the features in my new vehicle, was so patient, smiled the whole time, was not pushy at all. He really cares and seems to love his job. He did an excellent job during the delivery process as well when I drove to Davenport to complete the purchase and pick up the car. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the operation and features of the CR-V hybrid. After the sale, Nathan patiently answered my questions by phone and followed up later to make sure I was satisfied with the car and the service he provided.
