What a relaxing, no pressure experience. I've been wanting a green Subaru for years. We talked to Caleb on the phone, came in, and were helped by Emma immediately. She was a dream to work with and helped me find something I loved. The whole staff was incredibly sweet, patient, and helpful. Definitely willing to take the drive back for any maintenance and servicing, the atmosphere was great.
I looked at the online inventory for a Subaru Ascent and a fancy Onyx edition caught my eye. I drove up there and didn't see it so I went inside and was greeted by a Mr William Feild. We took a seat at his desk and he located the vehicle, drove it up front and i was amazed. This car was for my wife and I told Mr Feild everything about this car was perfect. He was patient and answered every question I had. Not the everyday car sales person who tries to cram a deal down your throat. I got his card and told him i needed to convince my wife to test drive it ASAP. He respected me leaving and returning at a later time which happened to be 2 hours later. Mr Feild met the family, we test drove it and the wife wanted it. We jumped into the deal making and WOW! They offered KBB value for my trade-in on the first go. We transitioned into the finance office with David Fleming and he took care of our concerns with extended warranties, gap insurance and financing. He worked with us for a comfortable payment for the entire package. Bottom line we got amazing customer service and exceptional value.
