My task was simple. My mission was clear. To find a new SUV on my terms with the price and features I wanted. I could care less if it took a week or six months of emailing dealerships. I refused to pay dealerships so-called “dealer set MSRP”. Furthermore, I refused to speak to a single salesperson over the phone. As I stated in a previous review, email was the only route I was taking. I know how challenging this may seem. However, I had enough of dealing with sneaky salespeople attempting to place you in the vehicle they want - not the one you desire. I wanted everything strictly by email. I was straight to the point with what I required from my new SUV. The wheels had to have a certain look, the interior outfitted with a two-toned look, and most importantly, the color had to be black. The lady at the service department was excellent at taking care of her customers. But I had to wait for about 10-15 minutes before she could help me out because she is helping another customer at the time while there was another person just sitting by her right side who could at least help out to make things faster but he didn't seem to care. He seemed to be happy just sitting there.
