Coming from Oklahoma I had an unexpected service issue. (After a 20+ hour drive) Even though the service department was extremely short handed, the young lady advisor (Jeanette), and singular technician (Andy) jumped in gear to make sure I was taken care of. From the first phone call until delivery this was an excellent experience. We bought a brand new Ram sight unseen from Amanda. She was great!
