2020 GMC Terrain SLT AWD

We had a very good experience here. We had done research and knew what we wanted: contacted them, negotiated over email and phone, and dealer/salesman found the exact vehicle we wanted. Gary S. and David A. were responsive and knowledgeable. No pressure at closing to add expensive extras. Great car for a very reasonable price.

Had to bring my 2020 kona in because the heat wasn’t working . They gave me a loaner to use in the meantime which was great. I will say that at first they wanted to charge me to inspect it because they weren’t sure if the issue was covered, because they had to take the whole dash apart to check it out . I insisted that if you buy a brand new car from a dealer they should always diagnosis for free. They did agree . Did the job, fully covered and even brought my car to me at work and picked up their loaner. They more than made up for this headache and I do feel good about doing business w Hyundai Torrington again in the future.

We just bought our 2024 Hyundai Tucson from Torrington Hyundai. The experience was very very pleasant our Sales man Steve was very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to explain everything related to the deal or the car. The Finance person was an equally knowledgeable, polite, and very helpful. I highly recommend them.
