2021 GMC Terrain SLT AWD

Service department is exceptional! We’re full time in our rv and had an a/c stop working, Monty got us in right away and ordered parts to fix it. He pushed to get the a/c working as Pierre was a day away from seeing 102 degree heat. He was welcoming and service oriented, offered to fill our water tanks before we left. Kept the rig plugged in for us to keep our fridge running too. Side note, sales and front area were unwelcoming (don’t let that turn you away) Service dept guys were phenomenal! 5 Stars for Monty, he will take care of you.

Friendly and professional rv repair. We came in with a travel trailer slideout problem that I thought would take days and a $1000+ to fix. Not the case. We got a quick appointment to have them take a look. 2 days later we were on the road. Took about 2 1/2 hrs. Thank you service manager Pat and our technician Trace for the speedy service, and the perfect repair. Our slideout works perfect. You folks took so much stress off us while we were 1000+ miles from home. Thank you all.

Drove 360 miles to trade my vehicle and purchase a used vehicle they had on the lot. The price was very good, the deal went smoothly, and Jason was good to work with. Unfortunately the vehicle had a mechanical issue driving back home. However Jason and Rick made it right for me. Would return for a future purchase.
