2018 GMC Terrain SLT AWD

There couldn't be a more friendly and attentive auto dealer in Ohio. Drove 90 minutes to look at an Enclave and ended up driving home in it. The deal sold the car. Where else would you get into a discussion with the dealership namesake, then find out later it was him who personally prepped and gave your new car it's final washing. That's right, because we drove in and took little time to decide, there was a rush to get the car prepped. Tom Ahl washed my car! At 82 I'm super impressed with the man and his dealership. The showroom is beautifully designed in wood with metal accents. The staff is all mature, professional and accommodating. Even met a mechanic who I'm sure is capable of anything he'd want to do in life. Just great people. They seem to sell on price with old fashion people interactions and service. So if I'm gushing I apologize, but at 74 years old, this is the best car dealer I have ever visited. Flat out!

Very friendly and accommodating. Listened to what i wanted and needed and worked quickly to make that happen. Over all a very pleasant experience. I got the best price/ deal. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a new/used vehicle. They have lots to choose from.
