I was welcomed upon arriving, as usual. The wait area was clean and comfortable. When my vehicle was finished, Kyle, the mechanic in charge of my repairs, went through every concern thoroughly and in terms I could understand, making me feel confident in each decision I made. My only complaint would be that my car was not washed!
John Lewis was a great salesman and very knowledgeable! He took his time with me, and showed me all my options and all the options that the car had to offer me. Once purchased, he went over all the settings and made sure I was set up before exiting the parking lot. I will be back to purchase any future vehicles from John Lewis in the future!
