He went the extra mile to provide a loaner vehicle to me while my Kia was being repaired, and worked behind the scenes to resolve my issue quickly so that I could continue driving my vehicle for more years to come. If Cody was unavailable to communicate about my repair, Javier, Nathan, John and Rob were all equally informed and responsive as a team to update me whenever I reached out.
