2020 GMC Terrain SLT AWD

Wonderful experience. Called looking for a Trax that was showing online from Chevy’s main site, it had just arrived. Called and asked for price out the door, was told someone would call me back. Sean W. was great. We didn’t think the $500 rebate would apply since we didn’t use the dealer for financing, wrong! Sean took the verification info and got that too. He immediately sent a quote via email, everything lined up, put the deposit down & drove on up. Sean and Brendin were on top of it. Vehicle was ready upon arrival, my son gave our paperwork, son signed a few papers, just overall a great experience. Would do business with them again, worth the drive. Had been to other dealerships and the lack of unwillingness to work with someone by phone was astounding. Ladies, it can be exhausting calling and looking for a car. It helped I knew what we were after, and felt zero pressure. I would consider this dealership a female friendly experience; as always read ALL paperwork and be prepared regardless.

The absolute best car buying experience that I have ever had. Friendly staff with genuinely nice personalities. All vehicles are fairly priced leading to a hassle-free purchase. My salesperson was Betty Morris who comes highly recommended after taking me through a comfortably smooth and speedy transaction.
