When searching for a shop for our new truck, due to a check engine light, we found this dealer. I noticed so many bad ratings for most dealers in the area except them. Super stressed because this is a new truck with less than 3K miles, and we have a check engine light. I explained we are from out of state (Texas) and stranded, they didn’t have an opening till the end of the week. They went above and beyond to help us get in a rental, drop our truck off, and kept communication open! Customer service deserves an A++. They even finished our truck 3 days earlier than expected! I would highly recommend this service shop!
