2020 GMC Terrain SLT AWD

I saw an awesome Chevy Suburban on Autotrader and on Wed morning I used the Autotrader website to inquire about its availability. Megan, the sales manager, reached out and called me within 1/2 hour. By Friday morning, she had the car delivered to my home 250 miles away in Ohio. This was my first experience with purchasing a car remotely. Megan did an awesome job guiding and helping this newbie through the purchasing process. Her professional and friendly demeanor was a calming influence on this nervous newbie. Garrett Paul was an excellent sales man! He worked with me to look at new leases vs buying out my lease. He is an exceptional worker. He let’s you know ever step and inform you about everything you need to know about the process. Highly recommend him and his team! His Copartner Anna is extremely good too! They both work with you and try fullfill your needs on exactly what you want. They go bat for you every step away! If I ever need another car I will go to them for everything. So happy to share my experience with Garrett which ended in the purchase of a new vehicle.
