This was the first time in decades we needed to shop for a used car that met a certain budget and timeline. Austin was our sales representative and is as genuine as they come. He really wanted what was best for our family and son (new driver) and talked with us about the car, the safety features and how comfortable the car would be for our family and our needs. 5 star experience from start to finish. My Fiancée has been looking to buy her first car for over a year now. We were recommended to Volo Annapolis by a family friend. During our first visit in late 2023 we met Melissa Angelis. She showed several models and work closely with my fiancée to educate her on the features of each vehicle. However, during that visit we did not select a car. Leading up to March 2024 Melissa continued to follow up throughout the end of the year and going into 2024. Melissa kept us informed of the branch’s inventory and provided us numbers that fit our budget. Melissa was patient, motivated, and easy to work with. In May 2024 my fiancée made a selection. I recently purchased a certified used Volvo from Volvo Cars Annapolis. Alan Hannon was familiar to me and my husband.
