My family and I have been doing business with Lloyd for 20 years. The service is impeccable. At a moment's notice, the service manager has fit me in for an emergency wheel bearing, inspection the list goes on and on. It's the kind of service that makes you feel like family. They get a 10 in my book. I'm not really good with words. I hope anybody looking to either buy a vehicle or have their vehicle maintained by Warren auto sales reas this and takes it into consideration. You will not be disappointed

I am so pleased with the service and the personalities of the folks that work at Warren Auto sales auto shop. They go above and beyond anything I ever expected an Auto service dealer to do. I have owned vehicles for the past 60 years and never have I been this happy. So happy that I even tip them and that is something I don't do unless I am very pleased. So many times folks see a woman walk in and they just take advantage of her but not here they explain everything thoroughly. It helps that I do have some knowledge of vehicles. One of the vehicles I own is a mini Cooper countryman. I stopped there one day about 2 years ago and asked if they worked on mini coopers and they said yes of course we do. I was so impressed with that because most places would put their head down and said yes we do but we don't like to. So it makes sense that I would not take my mini Cooper any place else but Warren Auto. I also own two other vehicles one is a 2004 Jeep runs beautifully thanks to Warren Auto and also a 2003 Chevy 2500 diesel truck and they are the only ones that can work on that properly. As you can see I cannot say enough good things about Warren auto repair shop. I would recommend them and I do recommend them to everyone I know.
