2019 GMC Terrain Denali AWD

Our sales representative, Matt, demonstrated exceptional professionalism throughout the car-buying process. He provided comprehensive information about the vehicles without employing any aggressive sales tactics. We were able to make informed decisions without feeling pressured. Matt also ensured that we received all applicable discounts and provided assistance until the vehicle was delivered to us. The dealership thoughtfully offered snacks to customers during their wait. One area for improvement is the thoroughness of the vehicle cleaning process. While I understand that the cars are parked on a dirt road, it would have been preferable if the vehicle had been meticulously cleaned before delivery to give the impression of a brand-new product. Despite this minor issue, I was highly satisfied with the customer service provided by the dealership. I would not hesitate to return for future purchases of GMC vehicles.

Great Deal even if we had to drive 8 hours one way to get the truck. The only dealership around that could get what I was looking for. And Jay Miller was great to work with. Looking forward to many happy miles on my new Denali!
