Great experience buying a new to me car yesterday. Everyone friendly and patient. I came in for a specific car, but some one else was also interested. They did not pressure me. They suggested a different couple of cars, while still waiting patiently for me to make up my mind. I went for another car ... liked the price and the car itself even better. Thankful for good assistance while everyone being respectful and doing the right thing. I was "first", and they honored that. Really happy.

While driving our Civic on a two day trip we hit a large truck tire tread on the highway. The lower engine cover plate was damaged and dragging on the road. We took the first exit for the next town, and unbeknownst to us Smart Honda was located at the bottom of ramp. We pulled in and asked the service dept. if they had an opening that day so we could get back on the road. In less than thirty minutes we were back on the highway for a total cost of $15 to cover replacing several broken clips. If this is the treatment given to out of state travelers, imagine how they treat their regular customers! Kudo's to the lady service advisor and mechanic that went above and beyond to help total strangers.
