Starling Buick’s Service Department is the best! Adam is my service advisor and is very prompt at getting my car in for service. He is friendly and always has the best customer service. You are greeted promptly, the waiting area is always clean and a nice place to relax while your car is getting serviced. Today when I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation once I got my car back and something new was information about who worked on my car and if there were any issues they noticed. I really liked this and appreciate it! I’ve been going to this service department for at least five years and it has always been a positive experience. Hoping I can buy my next car there!

Heather in service was the best! I showed up without an appointment and she fit me right in. She was always friendly and kept me informed throughout the service appointment. I live an hour away but would seriously consider using this dealership for regular service in light of the awesome experience I had!
