2023 GMC Terrain AT4 AWD

I was looking for a new Trailblazer for several months. After a negative experience at a different Chevy dealer we chose Masters. Travis was an excellent choice for a salesman. My sales person Travis did an amazing job. He never forgot about us he continued to see each step of the way through out the entire process. We live in Florida over 7 to 8hours away and found a great automobile at this dealership. The team sure did go out of their way to Make the sale happen . I couldn't be more mad or disappointed in this place. A few years ago we bought our Jeep here and 2 things were suppose to be done as part of the agreement with Travis. The gas cap needed to be the correct one bc it has a remote start that requires the right gas cap. And we agreed that the jeep would come with the correct spare tire. Neither one of those things were done!!!!! Tonight alone in Augusta on Greene Street my tire blew and I had to change it. I got the tire off and went to put on the spare and it's NOT the right one!!!!!! I also can't use my remote start since he gave us the wrong gas cap twice!!! I'm seriously livid!!! Who is going to pay for the spare I now need to purchase on top of a regular tire!?? Or how about the money I'm losing tomorrow bc I can't get to work!????? A revised edition: yes this all happened but after Travis and the company were notified they did reach out to my husband and I. They purchased a new tire/ rim for the jeep and a gas cap was also supplied. Travis made things right immediately and we're very happy to have the jeep back on the road.
