2023 GMC Terrain AT4 AWD

I contacted them via the Internet. They were very responsive and nice. The salesman is one of the most active polite that I’ve ever met. I talked to him on the phone and he did exactly what he said he would do and extras. He took videos of the two trucks that I was looking at the system to me. I told him I would be there about 430. Both trucks were sitting up front of the dealership ready to go. we had a little bit. I meant to sales manager and the financial manager. It was a very good experience when I bought the truck on April 4 24 they over paid my trade and they sent me a check. Got it in the mail today for 21 that service.. by the way, the salesman was Ray. I bought a lot of new cars and trucks over the years. I have to say this is the best dealership that I’ve dealt with so far.

I got to say thank you to the employees at Lou Fusz for helping me find possibly the perfect car for me. Took my budget and needs into account and got me a great deal. Bought an Acura TLX with Will and overall had a good experience. Will was very knowledgeable of the vehicle (impressive considering this is a Chevy dealership that probably gets only a handful of Acuras) and accommodating of my schedule - he stayed an hour past closing to complete my sale on a Saturday so I could drive off that day. I would recommend Will and Lou Fusz Chevy to anyone needing a new vehicle!
