I have only delt with McCandless 2 times, once for warranty n once for a recall. Both times were exceptional service, everyone was polite n professional. It was also the first time ever that I experienced the pick up n deliver n I am very satisfied. It was really nice to have that option free of charge so that I could stay home n get stuff done instead of waiting at the dealership for hours. Thank you McCandless Ford Meadville.

I bought my SUV offline and didn't get instructions For the Vehicle. It also didn't have a P.A inspectiand had a few minor flaws. I called McCandless Ford and they got me in immediately and I couldn't have been more happier with their service department. They performed a warranty on the vehicle, Did the service on the vehicle, Got the inspection up to date, They even took the time to explain all of the Features of the vehicle to me even though they didn't sell the S.U.V to me. Now that's customer service. ???? A big thank you to all the Team at McCandless.

Very nice experience from time on the lot, test drives, talking with sales, finance and management. Very courteous, low/no pressure sales. Up front about the used vehicles. Nice selection on both the new and used side. Ownership cares about getting you into a vehicle. But, not at the cost of feeling like you were taken or that it it is a vehicle you did not really want. I received a history sheet on every vehicle, without even asking. I was interested in. They continued to be pleasant and patient even when I ended up test driving many more than usual number of cars. Never a grown, a roll of the eyes nor a negative word. Thank you all
