My wife and I had a very pleasurable experience buying our Grand Cherokee Summit Reserve from Nathan Jackson at Russ Darrow Milwaukee. Nathan was very professional and patience with us as we selected our Grand Cherokee SR. We also had a nice experience working with the sales managers (Kenny and Katie) and the General Manager (Alex) and the Finance person (Grayson) and other team members who were part of the transaction including Vante in Sales. They were very competitive in the rebates and discounts that we received. I encourage anyone in the market for a Jeep to give them a try!!

Great experience!!! I left in a flurry of happiness in my new car! When I walked in I was immediately greeted and Billy, the sales man, that I booked our apt. with talked over all the opinions of cars with me and listened to my needs. JP came by and showed us all the numbers and opinions. We never felt judged on financial status and were never turned away from looking at any cars like some other dealerships would do. I went back a few days latter and picked up a very nice car! We met with the finance department and the sprinkled some fair dust on the paperwork and I was out the door. Thanks for the great experience! "Flury" ;) for Billy

As I was unable to navigate and find the State of Wisconsin emissions testing station in N.W. MKE, I googled dealer emissions testing and luckily found the Russ Darrow Chrysler/Dodge/truck dealer in the nearby MKE cluster of dealers. It was a five star experience. A very polite and very helpful outside worker gave me precise instructions to find the Service Department. A very polite and very helpful counter service rep took over from there. I was able to have a courtesy cup of coffee in a very nice waiting room while the very polite and very helpful service tech did the test, and then later explained the paperwork process properly, too. I've been in Customer Service for a couple of generations. I'm a keen judge of recognizing an excellent retail enterprise. The Darrow dealership was one of them. I'll be paying a visit to their Nissan dealership eventually to probably do business, also. I am sure the State of Wisconsin payment for the no charge to a consumer emissions test is pretty low. If they do such a great job for a small bit of income, I'm sure to trust them for buying and maintaining a new Nissan. I hope the fellows involved in this experience get a nice pat on the back. Best regards, Mike Bjordal, Milwaukee
