2008 Chevrolet HHR LS

I had a phenomenal experience with Hudson Auto Mart. I purchased a vehicle and noticed that when it sat in my garage it smelled very strongly of gasoline. It ran perfectly fine but the smell was too intense to be normal. I called Chuck and explained what was going on and he recommended bringing it in to Hilltop Service Center, who operate out of the same location as him. (They were an amazing service center but that’s for a different review!) Hilltop found that my gas tank needed to be replaced as it had a week seam that was cause gasoline to seep and therefore have an odor. This was not the kind of repair that would be covered in my warranty, and after having the vehicle for only three weeks my heart sank. HOWEVER, Chuck went above and beyond to help me and sourced a gas tank that was a perfect match for my vehicle, sent one of his employees to pick it up an hour away, and didn’t charge me a dime for it. He had no obligation to do this for me but he did and without me asking for it. I am so grateful for the kindness, integrity, and quick to action attitude Hudson Auto Mart displayed. I cannot recommend them enough.

We had a great experience with Hudson Auto Mart. Chuck was easy going and there was no pressure to buy. He is definitely the complete opposite of the stereotypical used car salesman. He was responsive to emails, answered all of our questions, and waited patiently as we took our time investigating the vehicle and test driving it. The price was very fair and the buying process was probably the easiest and most enjoyable car purchase I have had. The vehicle was clean and we are happy with it. I would recommend Chuck and Hudson Auto Mart.

Chuck was great. Responsive, understanding, reliable, knowledgeable, and HONEST. I searched for months and found that it is rare to come across someone with such integrity, who genuinely cares about getting you a solid, reliable vehicle and a great price. Chuck’s a good guy. You can trust him.
