Husband and I unknowingly showed up just before closing, but the staff was still very happy to help. Marty was so sweet and helpful. He also gave our 3 year old a hot wheels toy. I believe finance lady's name was Shandy and she was beyond sweet as well!
Pertaining to the service department, I just continue to be impressed over the years. Started with my Chevy blazer having issues back in 2020, dealing with the crappy warranty (easy care, which is anything but easy) anyhow, Rick is a real gem. He handled everything and finally was able to get the warranty to cover a new torque converter. This time, a month ago my truck was having an issue. Took it in and the problem had worked itself out, truck was close to 100k miles so went ahead and had a full service done it. Fast forward to today truck starts having the same issue it did a month prior, it’s a Friday, go figure I have a big event the following day that I need the truck for. I bring the truck in at noon that Friday, frustrated, stressed and angry. Rick, is absolutely awesome. He knows how to talk to people and is a straight up genuine guy, he got my truck in and had it fixed, o2 sensor replaced and ready to go at 3pm. I could not be happier. Took a lot of worry away for me and I will forever be a customer to their service department.
I was thoroughly impressed with the care shown to me by the dealership staff. My truck required additional programming/parts that were not available when it was built due to parts shortages. My family has a very challenging schedule and there was no way that I could bring the vehicle in without losing time away from work. Rick Gentry was able to find a way to have my truck picked up at my home and taken to the dealership, have the necessary repairs made, and then returned it. This is old school service that is a rare thing in today's world. You won't find this in the big city dealership.
