The owner is extremely caring and honest. He went out of his way during an important matter to help my family buy a car. He knows the market, the car values, technical side, and has hospitality. He didn’t sugar coat anything and was very upfront about warranties and pricing. This man definitely grows from criticism and has made any issue in the process a strength in the company so he can be a better salesman, owner, technician, and person. He supports businesses in the city (including the wife) and has a very comfortable room for a car place. He makes the whole process smooth and understandable because he truly cares.
