Tim & Audra streamlined my drop off and had a rental car waiting for me! They were both on my side and fought to get me the right answers from Toyota. Tim Hays is phenomenal and he provided me with the best customer experience I could have dreamed of! He even drove my car himself to assure me the problem was taken care of and my car was safe for me to drive. He went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. They even washed and detailed my car as a courtesy! I am beyond happy with the service I received and would give them 10 stars if that was an option.
