New Gladiator broke down on the highway. Had it towed to Juneks'. Even though they were busy, they diagnosed the problem within a bit and had answers and a plan for us. It would require staying overnight while a part was ordered. They helped us find a rental car and drove us to the airport to get it and they recommended places for lodging. They got us back on the road when promised and the truck ran great the rest of the trip. And they had an entertaining sense of humor which always helps in these type of stressful situations. I would definitely use them regularly if I lived in the area or if we break down again in their locale.
To the best dealership and workers, hands down! I want to start off by saying if I could give Juneks 6 stars I would, I purposely drive to Juneks from Rapid City for their professionalism and experience . I have lived in 6 different states across the U.S and I have NEVER experienced a business that cares like Juneks and their team about treating the customer amazing and easing a difficult vehicle situation. My jeep had extensive electric issues and they gave me updates on the status and worked with the extended warranty company on cost coverage and rentals. I want to give a special thanks to the two service writers, Troy and Rich and the Shop Foreman Chris. I am a mechanic myself and at no point in time did I lose faith in the electric issues not getting repaired due to the three gentleman above. They worked rigorously troubleshooting, implementing a star case and truly explaining in detail any issues and progress so forth. I wish the world had more people like Troy, Rich and Chris.
