My initial experience with Chevy was excellent. Although it took a month to repair my vehicle, they kept me informed throughout the process. However, after receiving my truck, I noticed some damage that wasn't there before. I was disappointed, but the next day Chevy promptly addressed the issue. It took only an hour, and they apologized for the inconvenience. Moreover, I was compensated for the trouble caused. I've been purchasing Chevy vehicles since 2013, and I intend to continue doing so. They provide excellent customer service and genuinely care about their customers.

Went to the quick lube and didn’t have to wait to get the oil changed in my traverse. The service folks welcomed me with open arms and answered all my questions. The service folks are skilled because there are no leaks and spills on the frame of the traverse. Very pleased with their work and customer service.
