Even after our purchase, he continued to follow up to ensure our satisfaction, and we are thoroughly pleased with our purchase. As out-of-state buyers, we received all necessary documents for registration and title within three weeks, allowing us to complete the process seamlessly in our state. I had a fantastic experience with this dealership! I live in Kansas City and missed out on a used car here, so I looked elsewhere and this dealership had a car that fit within my wants and needs. The car was 2 hours away and had just come in, so nothing had been done to it yet. I called and visited on a Friday and drove home with the car on Saturday! Ashton was amazing from start to finish. From taking photos, to answering my questions, to providing me with all the info and time I needed, to pushing the service team to complete the process in time for me to pick it up while I was going to be in Columbia on a Saturday.
