My wife and I bought a used Rav 4 from Rob Mason in the used sales department. Everything with the sale went smoothly and professionally. Rob is a great salesman to deal with. We have been very happy with the vehicle. Unfortunately we found a issue with the steering wheel controls not working shortly after we took delivery of the vehicle that we didn't notice when we test drove it. Rob got the vehicle in for service and covered the cost of fixing the issue with the controls. We now have the vehicle back with repairs completed, and we are very happy with it. The service department was also very good to deal with. I would defiantly recommend doing business with the dealership to anyone based on my overall experience.
