2024 Chevrolet Blazer 2.0T 2LT AWD

I am new to the Bel Air, MD and have been in the market for a new truck. After visiting a few dealerships, I made a stop at Bob Bell Chevrolet of Bel Air. I was greeted by Salesman Wade Tolley, who listened to what I was looking for, and immediately guided me in the right direction. Like anyone who has purchased cars, I was guarded and apprehensive when navigating through the sales process. After spending a few minutes with Wade, I was extremely impressed and felt like he had my best interest at heart. He was extremely knowledgeable on the vehicles I was looking for and I never felt pressured or rushed in any way. He was very professional and respectful. Definitely a new and unique experience with buying a car. I was then introduced to Sales Manager Chris Frantz, expecting the negotiation process to take a downhill turn. Again, I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with the process. Chris worked with Wade and spent the time to research any and all financial incentives I qualified for and was able to get the numbers to where I needed them. I never felt strong armed or pressured. The whole process, from the time I arrived, was wrapped up in 2 hours, which was also impressive when compared to every other car buying experience I ever had. A truly positive experience from beginning to end. I walked on to the lot fully expecting to leave and buy another truck I looked at earlier at a different dealership, but, after working with Wade and Chris, I knew I was in the right place.
