Our experience buying through salesman Alex at Morrie's was not only painless, it was pleasant! From our initial inquiry & test drive through the purchasing process, Alex was courteous, forthright and accommodating. We felt like every step of the way we knew where we stood – no gimmicks, and every team member involved in the sale/final negotiation itself treated us with respect and patiently answered every question we had. Not to mention the car we ended up with was exactly what we were looking for and in great condition. Would highly recommend!

We were looking for a specific type of used car with specific budget limits, and we stopped in to Morrie's Honda in West Bend WI on a whim, on a Friday afternoon. Justin Paar, the sales rep who greeted us, actually listened to us as we described our needs and budget limits. Right away, he pointed us to a vehicle on his lot that suited our needs perfectly. We felt no pressure at all to buy. He spent a great deal of time answering questions and going over the vehicle in detail. The test drive was wonderful. After we decided to purchase the car, everyone at the dealership worked together efficiently to get the details done. Our trade-in vehicle was promptly inspected and valuated. Even though we had independent financing, the finance manager, Chris Krause, worked quickly with our bank to finalize our loan; he carefully explained each of the documents that we signed, so we felt completely in control of the transaction. The dealership handled every detail of the purchase, so that we drove away with our "new to us" vehicle with registration done, title applied for, license plates attached, and with a full tank of gas. I can't think of a thing that they could have done differently to make the interaction any better. We will definitely visit Morrie's Honda in West Bend whenever we again need to shop for a vehicle!

This is seriously the nicest dealership I have ever been too! I bought a used vehicle from them and they invested at least 5K into it with service work to make it safe and road ready. They went above and beyond in repairing some interior work that they promised would be done. When the repair took longer than expected, they borrowed me a vehicle, free of charge, until the repair was complete. This dealership is far from me but I’ll be back for service! Thank you!
