2020 Chevrolet Blazer 2LT AWD

Had to get some brake work done on my RAV4 Pros: Betty and the service writers were kind and more than happy to help. On top of that Tom did a phenomenal job to make sure my vehicle was serviced without having to replace any additional parts. Cons: Brittany behind the parts counter had made a couple of mistakes ordering the correct parts. Delaying the process further more Toyota warehouse sent the incorrect parts as well. Overall experiences with Mark Toyota have always been above satisfactory. Patience is key when dealing with an understaffed and inexperienced employees.

Called first to see if u guys would be able to get me back into my car. They transferred me to parts and I talked to a lady named Brittney. She had explained to me that she could make me 2 keys to get in the car. I am glad for that. Then about a week later we talked again and was able to order me a keyfob for my car so I had one and was able to drive it again. I just want to give a really big shout out to Brittney in parts for all the hard work that she did for me to be able to have my car back. She never once hesitated to get things done for me. She is an amazing and understanding person. Thank u so much Brittney for everything that u have done for me. I will for sure be coming to u when I need help again. U r always going to be my go to person when I need the help. Again thank u so much for everything that u have done for me to help with my car. Greatly appreciated. She is 100% a keeper for ur company.
