I bought a beautiful, well-maintained Mercedes Benz from Car Connection of Bedford, at a very fair price. James was knowledgeable, professional, and made the buying process hassle free. Highly recommend!
I had the pleasure of working with James to buy a car. The environment was nothing like other dealerships. It is a small group of people who buy cars and sell them. Since there is no commission tactics getting involved in their profit, the prices are incredibly fair. I paid $12,600 out the door, which was about $3000 lower than the average sale price. He's the first dealer I've been to that did not mind that I paid in cash vs getting some awful financing plan, which was something I did not expect. He allowed for me to get an inspection for the car before I bought it and was happy to give me any relevant info before making my purchase. The vehicle had 1 owner and no accidents on the Carfax and passed the inspection easily. I love the 2017 Toyota Corolla that I purchased from James, which was a limited run 50th anniversary edition in a unique black cherry finish. I can't thank you enough for this great deal. Here's a picture to get an idea what gems can be found here (it was raining that day). I can't recommend a car dealership more than Car Connection of Bedford.
I can't commend the service and attention I received when looking at a car at the Car Connection of Bedford enough. Rick was wonderful in his attempts to not just sell a car, but get the right solution for me. Both he and James put the effort in, answered all questions quickly by text, and spent the time speaking on the phone as well. Professional and personable- a winning combination.
