The sales manager I worked with was extremely nice and super willing to negotiate the price to a more reasonable level. He was extremely nice, the most polite , understanding, car salesman I’ve never worked with previously. No haggling with me over not bringing the price down, no hidden fees, and an amazing deal. if you’re looking for a slightly older used foreign, this is certainly the place to go. I got the car within a day. They are super fast, polite, and their cars are at a good fair market value even with the used car marked being so messed up. They were super understanding and I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get a used foreign. Overall review, absolutely amazing

After using Rawcliffe’s to service my Audi for several months, we decided to try to see if they had any vehicles that was in our price range and what we were looking for. We just bought a 2016 Subaru Outback from Hank today and couldn’t be happier! With everything going on with the world, he got back to us as soon as he was back in the office. We went and test drove 4 vehicles to try to find our perfect one and he had them all ready for us one after the other. Once we decided on the gorgeous Subaru, Hank went to work dealing with the bank for us and getting everything squared away. He sent in a few different loan quotes to them each with astounding turnaround time. Two days (just because of our schedule) and we were out of there in our Subaru that will hopefully last us a long and safe time! Thank you to Hank and all of the great staff at Rawcliffe’s. It was one of the easiest car purchases I’ve made, and gave my wife the biggest smile driving away in her “new” car! 5/5 would recommend taking a look at their inventory and I’ve heard they will help try to find your perfect vehicle!
