2023 Chevrolet Blazer 3.6 RS AWD

I had recently visited several dealerships looking for a new car. I was greeted by Dwight with a friendly smile. The overall atmosphere and energy was a great experience. I enjoyed working with both Dwight and Alec. It was also a nice touch to be introduced to the service dept. I consider service after the sale just as important! Loving my new Rogue!

Even though financing/buying a car does take a good bit of time they had quick service & they seemed very trustworthy. I could not be happier with my results. Being that this is the first car I have ever financed, Alec did an awesome job at helping me figure out what I wanted. I already looked at a few places before showing up there, and so far I can say everyone there seemed very nice and respectful. They offered us a drink more than one time while we were waiting. It was honestly a good experience. I have been telling everyone about my experience, and that they should go check them out too.

I took my 2019 Versa in for diagnostics. I've only had it for 7 weeks, and the transmission was slipping and a warning light was on. I dropped the car off and was given a ride home in their courtesy van by a lovely young man. All of the men were wonderful. Within a few hours they had done a complete diagnostic on my car, came back to get me, and explained everything needed to make it run perfectly again. I will definitely have them do all of the work required ASAP! I just need a few days to come up with the funds. Lovely facility and very kind and polite staff. Bryan was especially wonderful to me, and trusted me so I will trust him! Thank you, everyone! ************* I went in for diagnostics which were performed and explained perfectly to me. I was told exactly what I needed and exactly how much everything would cost. I had to speak with my son about our payment method and told them I would definitely be back as soon as I could make it work. Finding a time that the car would be available was going to be difficult because of my son's work schedule. Bryan said if I could bring it in the following morning he could have it done in time for my son to go to work by 4:00 p.m. . They had my vehicle done in less than 2 hours!!! Such NICE men! Lovely, comfortable waiting area with coffee and soft drinks. Marvelous experience all around and I will definitely return to them for all of my vehicle maintenance needs from now on.
