2024 Chevrolet Blazer 3.6 RS AWD

I have fibromyalgia and a few other issues going on. I'm a little hunched over and walk with a cane. I had done plenty of online research before and during my visits to the dealerships. I knew what price range and options I wanted but was not 100% stuck on a brand. Several dealerships, including other Chevrolet outlets let me walk their lot and showrooms without approaching me. Brett came out to greet me, got me to sit in the car and see how it drives. He didn't treat me like I didn't have two coins to rub together like other places did. When he started to close the sale he did seem surprised when I said yes so early in the process. I was in sales all my life. I managed and I trained others in my career. I like how Brett followed his dealerships closing procedures but also talked to me like I was a human being during the process. Thank you for everything, I love my new Trax, Chevrolet has really elevated this model for 2024.

I had a scheduled a wait time appointment for and oil change. When my plans changed and I could not wait, I dropped my truck off a half hour early. The had me put the truck in the line up bay and we’re going to keep someone from going to lunch to accommodate me. I informed them about my change in plans and was pleased with how they tried to minimize my wait. I have had many pleasant service appointments through the life of this truck that I bought from them.
