2025 Chevrolet Blazer 3.6 RS AWD

We purchased our new CR-V Hybrid from Tom Kadlec Honda a few weeks ago. Santiago was a peach and great to work with. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of five an d my only complaint is the amount of time it took to leave with the vehicle. We financed through our personal bank and I understand the dealership wanted to make sure my check would not bounce. We ended up getting bounced around talking to a few people and multiple calls to my bank to verify the money would be there. The whole ordeal from the time we arrived until the time we left took 5 hours. It ended up being a little exhausting. The manager came to us before we left, thanked us for our purchase, and asked how our experience was. I mentioned the amount of time we spent there and he admitted himself they needed to work better at streamlining. Besides that we absolutely love the vehicle and don’t regret the purchase.

I purchased a 2021 Volvo XC90 from this company in November. I live in Iowa and just did everything over the phone. I had a great time with "Neal with the Deals!" He was a great guy. He sent me photos and videos. I have been in sales for quite some time and value the experience over anything. Connie at the front desk greeted me. I would have no problem buying another vehicle from them.

Our salesperson Abe was great to work with. Zero pressure laid back car salesperson...exactly what we like. Very easy to deal with. A great finance department also. This was my first time buying from Tom Kadlec and I will definitely be back. I would highly recommend them!! Thanks Abe!
