After driving all the way to Grand Forks from Minneapolis to buy a particular vehicle and then getting yanked around by that dealership, I decided to go pay a visit to the folks at Grand Forks Subaru. I was in town anyway, after all. I was almost immediately greeted by Justin at the door and instantly felt comfortable and at ease, which was very welcomed after having a pretty awful experience at the other place. Justin was personable, and his customer service was honestly some of the best I’ve gotten in this sort of setting. I never once felt like I was being pressured into anything and I 100% felt like he had my best interests in mind while we were taking a peek at the shops current stock of cars. Needless to say after patiently walking me through the whole process, and going over some financing options with me, Justin helped me find a vehicle that would not only suit my needs but would get me to wherever I need to be safely. I can with confidence say that I absolutely love my new car and I cannot appreciate the people at Grand Forks Subaru enough! They turned what could have been a super awful day into an extremely positive experience.
