2023 Chevrolet Blazer 3.6 RS AWD

As always, great customer service provided by Horne Nissan. The work completed by Sabino Figueroa was top notch. Had new brake shoes installed and it is great knowing the work was completed by such a professional. I always ask for Sabino when my car needs an oil change or any other work.

Early this year I started searching for a 2023 Nissan Z. They're hard to find, so I was searching over a wide area. I live in San Diego, and the Z I wanted showed up on the Nissan USA web site at Horne Nissan. I called them up and got connected to Eugene. Now buying a car out of state is more complicated than driving to your local dealer, but Eugene kept me informed every step of the way. He sent me photos of the car and we worked out a time I could drop in to pick it up. Unfortunately it was on Eugene's day off, so he set me up with Michael. I arrived on Friday afternoon, and Michael walked me through the paperwork with Joe. I was out of there in about an hour. Michael even picked me up from the rental car return. I was in a hurry to meet my sister for dinner in Chandler, and I left without the owner's manual and some other paperwork. I didn't realize this until I got home. No problem: Eugene mailed them to me. I've had the car for a little over a week now. I love it, and a big part of that was the dealership experience. The professionalism and friendliness of Eugene, Michael, Joe, and other staff who's names I didn't catch, went a long way towards making the entire experience a joy.
