Taylor Motors and the great staff in the Service Dept (Eric) has gone to bat for me in every situation. This is my work truck and when it's in the shop - I cannot work. The Service Dept has - on numerous occasions - made the impossible... possible. They have gone above and beyond to get the parts my truck needed (parts have been in short supply lately) getting me back on the road as fast as possible. I appreciate the service.
