2023 Chevrolet Blazer 3.6 RS AWD

Chris was an outstanding salesperson right from the beginning. Let me tell you all something. My wife and I started the day saying to each other are we ready to go look at cars? We was, and we were excited about it. We made a list of what cars to look at, and where to stop at in the order we decided on. We put pictures of the actual cars along with prices, and left space for our notes. So we looked at the Chrysler 300, it was boring, no salesperson there, we had to look for one, left there to Hyundai and looked at the Genesis G80 and the Palisade Calligraphy, a salesperson met me but I was confused with the offers and they just looked cheap to us. So then we came to Cadillac and I got out and stood out in front of the Black Cadillac and within seconds Chris was there introducing himself to me. I asked him about the two red Cadillacs I had seen was on the lot on line last week, unfortunately they have been sold. So we looked at the Black one, he moved it up by our car so we could hop in and test drive it. I immediately fell in love with it. Chris was explaining every button in the car and every detail, features the car had. I was sold. Chris was very informative and very easy to talk to and listened to our questions we had. Chris was so pleasant and a little humorous too which made our initial tension disappear so we could enjoy the tour thoroughly. Additionally, Shelli really was helpful in the setups for our OnStar, SirrusXM Radio, and MyCadillac App. We can not believe how much technology this car has, thanks Shelli for all your great expertise and patience with teaching us all these new things. Christopher was so knowledgeable about the car, we just really knew so much by then, we were ready to buy it. So we went inside to do the financial and get it started. I have never had such a pleasant experience with this part of buying a car, Jack was also knowledgeable and calm, just a very nice guy I have ever met. Before we knew it, Chris was outside handing us the keys to the car, and the photos were being taken. We were so excited and proud to be the New Cadillac Owner’s in Pensacola. This is our retirement car and our dreams come true. I really don't think I would have bought the car hade it not been for Chris and his inviting attitude that just made me want to go for it. Thanks Chris, we really appreciate your support and patience with us.

If you are buying a Cadillac go to Marie! She really knows these cars. Initially didn’t think they had a Platinum in stock and Marie was great about following up with me. I ended up getting exactly what I wanted and they gave me a solid amount for my Trade. Highly recommend!
