As an East County resident, I was thrilled when Sedano Chevrolet opened its doors in Santee. It's fantastic to have another alternative for sales and service in our area, and I'm pleased to report that Sedano Chevrolet did not disappoint. I initially visited the dealership for an oil change, but I was also considering selling my vehicle, so I asked for an appraisal. I had researched my vehicle's value online, comparing prices from various car buying services and local dealerships. I was impressed to find that Sedano Chevrolet's appraisal was extremely fair. The process was seamless, thanks to Robin Sim, who was fantastic to work with. He prepared all the necessary paperwork in advance, making the experience simple and personable. I appreciated that there was no pressure to purchase another vehicle, as I wasn't ready at the time. What really stood out to me, though, was the exceptional customer service and family-owned business feel. I was treated very nice. They needed to keep my car overnight though to check it out. It was finished the next day so after I returned my rental, I went and picked it up and so far so good. The engine light has not turned back on. Sedano Chevrolet is very nice and the whole staff is very accommodating and answers questions when I ask. Thank you!
