What an amazing dealership. Was greeted by Blakley Friend. My wife and I were in the market for a new pickup truck. Blakley asked us what we plan on using the truck for, what colors we liked, and if there was anything specific the truck had to have. Pointed out a few must haves and colors we liked. He lead us out to a 2024 Colorado. He grabbed the keys and off we went. He was great at explaining all the trucked offered. I will say he went through the extensive menu system and everything it offered. We tried to keep up, but there was sooo much. Huge learning curve for us for sure. We ended up settling for a white Colorado Z71. We were offered a very far trade value for what we drove in. Admit it, people think their vehicles are worth double of what the dealer estimates the value. I know all the problems mine had when we arrived. He took care of everything. Blakley ensured we received every discount we could. Be sure to ask for the Military discount. Very easy to get verified. Financing is financing no easy way to deal with it. Blakley kept us informed of every step and the long waiting game getting everything set up. All finished, headed out the door to our new truck. Blakley walked us through some setup features for all tech that it came with. I highly highly recommend Blakley Friend to ANYONE looking to drive their new fancy home.
