Very friendly environment. I sold my 2015 Camaro to Richland Chevrolet and got a fair price. I have also been going to Richland Chevrolet for nearly a decade, always great service during oil changes. And one of the times that I really appreciated was when I took my Camaro for an oil change and I was apparently charged twice but I didn’t notice at the time. Later that day, I was called back and the clerk told me about the second and I was reimbursed the second amount. To me that shows huge integrity and honesty. KEEP IT UP RICHLAND CHEVROLET!!
I took my car in for its 7,500 mile service and to get the software on my infotainment system updated. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. They kept me updated on what was going on and how long different things would take.
