This was my first visit to Quick Lane. I had my oil changed and tires rotated. My first impression was they were very customer service focused. The price was good! They let me know I needed new brakes, and showed me check up information on the rest of my car systems. I followed up with brake replacement. Again, the service was outstanding, and the prices good. I’d like to thank Morgan for making me feel welcome first time in the door. Matt who took my call to schedule brake replacement. Matt arranged transportation to take me home since brakes were going to take a few hours. Dave Forbes, one of the leaders at Midland Quick Lane picked me up and drove me home. Dave asked if I needed another ride back to pickup my car. Just wanted to say thank you to Dave, Matt, and Morgan for the positive experience at Quick Lane! Derrick was very helpful when I purchased my Escape. He took the time to make sure I was comfortable with and knew how to use all the items on the vehicle. Casey, in financing, was great! My experience was awesome as usually. I had a recall that was taken care of and then my Maverick was taken over to the Quick Change for an oil change. I was notified that my vehicle was ready and waiting in the service area. Everything was completed including a car wash. I have always had very good service at Midland Ford!
