Seriously one of the best car buying experiences. I had been browsing around for a new vehicle for awhile but had decided to wait to pull the trigger until it was closer to summertime. However, a friend of mine had told me about McGrath in Marion and Abby. I had reservations as I was worked with big name car dealerships before and had an awful experience with them. My friend assured me that would not happen here and kept insisting I pull the trigger now. I finally said it didn't hurt to look. Unfortunately, due to losing my job last year due to the property being sold and me being out of work 1 month my credit took a hit (hense the main reason I was going to wait a little longer). Abby and the finance team worked extremely hard to find me a vehicle that I liked and that I'd be able to afford. Every encounter I've had with people at this location has been great. I have been referring people here since then but only know of 1 person who went and left with a vehicle and told me they had such a good experience too. Highly recommend McGrath in Marion and highly recommend Abby. She is absolutely amazing and so is this location and the finance department! Thank you for the hard work in finding my perfect vehicle!
I was able to get APPROVED over the phone because I work out of town. They had 3 different trucks for my husband to test drive waiting for us when we got there. He test drove them, picked the one and we signed. We were in and out in about an hour. The entire staff was friendly and great to work with! This is our 2nd vehicle purchase with McGrath and we will always come back! Thank you again guys!
Aljon, Katie and Blake were all very friendly and accommodating throughout and after our purchase. We were able to get the vehicle for the price we wanted with very little negotiating.
