2012 GMC Sierra 4WD Crew Cab SLT SWB

I just purchased a 2013 Mini Cooper Countryman from Heartland Auto Connection. First and foremost, Tim is a wonderful and honest person. I was scheduled to pick up the car yesterday morning, and I woke up to find a text on my phone that he had noticed a small leak and was sending it to the shop to get checked out and he later texted that he was waiting for a part from the Mini shop to repair the leak. Tim got the car fixed and I picked it up this morning and couldn't be more pleased with the car, and especially the way Tim treated me as a customer and how much he cares about the cars that he sells. Would highly recommend this dealership and Tim as a salesman. Thank you for all the wonderful work and keeping me informed every step during the process of my interest in the car to actually driving it off the lot this morning!

Hands down the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. I found the car online, messaged them about being interested, and Tim contacted me right away. He met me at the door with the keys to the car for a test drive. By the time I returned, he had valued my trade and put some numbers together. The credit app was incredibly easy and before I knew it, I had a monthly payment I could use to make a decision. We handled almost everything over text messages and, again, Tim was incredibly transparent and responsive. When my husband and I arrived to finalize the purchase, he and Liz had all the paperwork ready and we were in and out in less than 10 minutes (I’m not exaggerating). Skip the big dealerships. Recently purchased a 2020 Kia Soul from Heartland Auto Connection. It was a good experience from start to finish, with Tim being flexible as I waited for my funding.
