Josh Okuly, who serviced our Traverse, did an amazing job. When we talked to him after the job was finished, it was very clear he knew what he was talking about. He's always referencing this model is known for this and that model is known for that.. etc. You can tell he pays attention to that stuff so when he is working on a vehicle he's unlikely to miss something.
