Alexis Santibanes is the man to ask for. He is very charismatic, attentive, and knows his stuff. If he didn’t know an answer, he would find out for you. He would open the door for us, get us water and even came in on his day off to make sure he was with us every step of the way on our car buying journey. We already knew we wanted to buy a car, the negotiation process is a lot of back and forth but that’s what it’s like at every dealership. Despite the painstakingly slow, confusing and stressful experience that car buying can be, it was Alexis’ attentiveness to his customers that made Volkswagen Cypress earn our business. I only knocked off one star because when it came to financing, the financing guy/other salesman (not Alexis) would not take no for an answer. I understand why he was pushy and how it benefits the dealership to get people to finance a car but we weren’t interested in financing the car with them.
